Dr. Chandler, born and raised in Haiti, is a Physician Anesthesiologist, double trained, and double boarded in Pediatric and General Anesthesiology. She earned her medical degree at the State University Hospital of Haiti and completed her anesthesiology residency in Strasbourg, France, at Hospital de Haute Pierre, a division of Louis Pasteur University.
In 2006, Dr. Chandler joined LSU Health Shreveport to complete another anesthesiology residency. Upon her graduation in 2010, she was recruited to her teaching hospital, LSU Health Shreveport, where she has served in numerous leadership positions. In 2015, she attended the Accountability Leadership for the Healthcare team, a course sponsored by Harvard Medical School. In 2019, Dr. Chandler completed her Master in Business Administration at LSU-S.
Dr. Chandler's journey showcases her as fully integrated into Northern Louisiana medical affairs and wholeheartedly dedicated to the pursuit of nurturing her alliance with the community. Consistent with the aforementioned, Dr. Chandler, extends her knowledge and experience through Azur MediSpa, a medical spa facility, tailored for men and women of all ages, and specialized mainly in Non-surgical Body Contouring and Sculpting.
Dr. Chandler is excited to utilize the relationships and experience she has developed over time in her new journey as an entrepreneur. Azur MediSpa is the first medical spa owned by a black female physician in North Louisiana.
Mary Claire Elgin is a licensed Medical Aesthetician specializing in highly sought-after treatments such as Micro needling with PRP (vampire facial), medical grade DiamondGlow Facials, Laser Treatments, Body Sculpting Treatments, Lash Lifts and Tints, Chemical Peels, and more. She was born and raised in Bossier City, Louisiana and had her first baby, Gable, in August 2022. Mary Claire's number one priority is to help her clients feel confident in their own skin and focuses on creating individually tailored treatment plans for each client to achieve their goals.
She has a passion and background for aging + acne skin. Her soft disposition and thorough client consultations make all her clients feel comfortable and happy during their appointments.
Graycin Miranda Banks graduated from esthetics school in 2021 and has since developed a specialty in acne facials and waxing services. With a passion for treating various skin conditions, Graycin combines expert knowledge with a commitment to delivering luxury-style facials. Each treatment is customized to meet the unique needs of the client, incorporating soothing massage techniques that promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Her services consist of DiamondGlow facials, microneeding, body waxing, lash lifts, brow laminations, and more.

Bethany Garita is a seasoned lash technician and makeup artist with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. From the moment she started her career, her passion for enhancing natural beauty and creating flawless looks has been the driving force behind her success. Over the past 10 years, she has built a reputation as a sought-after celebrity and fashion makeup artist in Los Angeles, working with high-profile clients for red carpet events, editorial shoots, and exclusive campaigns.
Her expertise spans across a wide range of makeup styles, from glamorous, bold looks to soft, natural beauty enhancements, always tailored to suit each client’s individual needs. Alongside her makeup artistry, she has mastered the art of lash extensions, offering personalized services to enhance every client’s gaze with precision and care.
Summer Matulia is a highly skilled Nurse Injector with a passion for enhancing natural beauty and helping clients feel confident in their skin.
